After MANY years of praying, hoping, and wondering who our soul mate would be, we both had decided to try out the dating app, Hinge. When all else fails, dating apps it was! With a few months of many “no’s,” FINALLY on January 1st, 2024, the match of our dreams happened. We had talked every day, for 25 days, until we finally met for our first date on Thursday, January 25, 2024 to play trivia at Laseters Tavern. To say we were both nervous was an understatement, but we ended up spending over 4 hours talking the night away. Who knew 6 months later we would be engaged. As they say, “When you know, you know!” Our faith, family, political views, values and morals all aligned perfectly with one another. Our prayers had finally been answered!
